EDCM ask for the views of young people
~ May 17th, 2008
Last year Every Disabled Child Matters (EDCM) asked their young supporters what they would change if they were Prime Minister for the day. Top of their list was “having more fun things to do and places to go”.
EDCM are taking this forward now and are seeking the views of young people and children to find out what things disabled children can do locally, what they would like to do but can’t, and what they would like to change. The findings will be published in a booklet that young people can show their local councillors and MP’s.
So, any young people who would like to get involved can email Pamela Shaw at EDCM pamela@edcm.org.uk and as a thank you there are three £20 vouchers for responses picked out of the hat. Answers, photos and pictures need to be sent in by 20th June 2008.
